Spa facilities are excellent

You have to pre-order breakfast the evening before and thus have to anticipate your appetite. You get exactly what you select on the order form so don't hold back. We ticked the 'bread-roll' box and got ... a single bread roll each.

The bed (for our taste) was extremely hard and the duvet a bit small.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a dreamy and calm Swiss town. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski-lifts and the train station. The hotel facilities were outstanding and included a fantastic sauna and swimming pool. Additionally, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful, providing excellent service and making me feel at home. Not to be missed is the popular fondue restaurant, which served delicious meals beloved by both locals and visitors.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and convenient area, with a famous fondue restaurant nearby. the rooms and bathrooms are a decent size, but lack luxury. the breakfast is adequate, though nothing special. the staff is friendly, but not overly attentive. One nice feature is the spa and swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing.

The atmosphere of the hotel is often tense and the staff can be quite unfriendly.

Conveniently located near train station and ski lifts, and breakfast and dinner were good. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were not very clean, had a strange odor, and were outdated. The beds were uncomfortable, and the curtains didn't block out the bright lights from outside.

Perfect location, close to the mountains and the town center. the staff was friendly and provided us with maps of the area. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food to choose from. the rooms were clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

The sound insulation in the rooms was very poor, we could hear everything going on in the hallway and the neighboring rooms. the moisture level in the rooms was very high, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
